Where can I find UTR Pro Tennis Tour Rules and Regulations?

What's the UTR Pro Tennis Tour Format?
20 Draw Format:
The 20 person main draw will consist of 4 groups of 5 players each. The round-robin group stages will run from Monday to Friday. All matches will be best of 3 tie break sets with regular scoring. The Main Draw will consist of 16 Direct Acceptances and 4 Wild Cards. The Playoff Rounds will be single elimination and consist of five draws of 4 players depending on the player’s group finishing (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th) and will run from Saturday to Sunday. All matches will be best of 3 tie break sets with regular scoring.
32 Draw Format:
The main draw (singles only) will consist of 8 groups of 4 players each. The round-robin group stages will run from Sunday to Wednesday. All matches will be best 3 tie break sets with regular scoring. The Playoff Rounds will be single elimination and consist of three draws of 8 players depending on the player's group finishing (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) and will run from Thursday to Sunday. All matches will be best 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring. A one-round Qualifying will be held on Sunday and all matches will be best 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring. The losers in qualifying can sign in for Lucky Loser throughout the round-robin group stages.

IMPORTANT NOTE
If the host territory or venue has complications due to COVID-19 and/or tournament entries have fewer than 28 players of the required level by the close of the entry deadline, then for 32 draw tournaments, the draw size may be reduced to 20 players (16 Direct Acceptance/4 WCs) or canceled entirely.
Who is eligible to participate in the UTR Pro Tennis Tour $25K?
Male players must have a UTR of at least 12.5 and be outside the top 200 PTT ranking. Women must have a minimum UTR of 9.7 and be outside the top 200 PTT ranking.
Players ranked 1-200 or outside the top 2000 will only be accepted with a wild card approved by UTR. All other eligible players will be placed in the alternates list and entry fees refunded.
OPEN COMPETITION
UTR Pro Tennis Tour $25K tournaments are open to all tennis players based on merit and without discrimination. Minors under the age of fourteen (14) shall not be eligible for Entry. For the purposes of these Regulations, the player’s age as of the Monday of the Tournament Week shall be used.
Can you explain the UTR Pro Tennis Tour deadlines?
All entries and withdrawals PRIOR to the registration deadline must be submitted online through the player’s account. Withdrawals AFTER the registration deadline must be made via email to ptt@universaltennis.com and resulting fines will be administered according to the Rules and Regulations summarized below:
Late Withdrawals Prior to Freeze Deadline: $500 and up to a potential one-month suspension from all UTR events
Late Withdrawals After Freeze Deadline: $750 and up to a potential one-month suspension from all UTR events
No Show: Minimum $1,000 and up to a two month suspension from all UTR events
Playing another event: $1,000 and up to a two month suspension from all UTR events
Can I participate in another event in the same week?
When a player is accepted into the Qualifying or Main Draw of a Tournament as Direct Acceptance or Wild Card at any time after the Registration Deadline they are Committed to that PTT tournament, without exception.
A player who is committed to and/or has played in the Main Draw or Qualifying of a PTT tournament may not enter or compete in any other tennis event during the period of such tournament, without exception.
Players may not be accepted into any other tournaments during the same week. Players will be withdrawn from all but one Tournament at the Withdrawal Deadline based on the withdrawal procedure described above. If a player is found after the Withdrawal Deadline to have been accepted into two Tournaments in one week, they will be withdrawn from one Tournament at the earliest opportunity, also according to the withdrawal procedure set out above.
Playing another event will result in a $1,000 fine and up to a two month suspension from all UTR events.

How will I get paid?
UTR Sports will pay the prize money to all players participating in the Tournament in accordance with the UTR Pro Tennis Tour prize money breakdowns (“Prize Money”), unless otherwise noted. Universal Tennis will make prize money payable by bank transfer available to eligible players.
I am travelling to a tournament. What arrangements should I make in advance?
Prior to departing for a tournament, a player should do the following:
1. Check relevant travel and security information about the country you are traveling to.

2. It is recommended that players obtain travel insurance to cover flight cancellations and other disruptions in travel.
3. Print all relevant tournament information, such as tournament site address, phone number, the PTT PM and head referee number, hotel address and contact number, etc.
4. Confirm the appropriate Visa has been obtained and all necessary Travel Documents.
How do I handle threats, offensive and unwanted messages?
If you are receiving any emails, SMS messages, Facebook, Twitter or other social media messages and/or images that you are concerned about, send a copy of the message, screenshot and the URL to ptt@universaltennis.com or talk to a member of onsite venue staff, ideally the Referee or TD for assistance. For any betting-related messages, please send to integrity@universaltennis.com. Universal Tennis takes player safety seriously and has a policy to report all hostile messages sent to players to authorities with jurisdiction over such matters as well as we take steps to identify the messenger immediately.
