Palo Alto, Calif. (October 23, 2025) – UTR Sports, creator of the global UTR Pro Tennis Tour (UTR PTT) and the world’s most accurate tennis rating, is thrilled to announce a new PTT hosting agreement with two-time Grand Slam champion and former doubles world No. 1 Rohan Bopanna.
The new collaboration will provide rising professional athletes in India and throughout Asia more local playing opportunities as the UTR PTT expands to India this November. The Rohan Bopanna Academy, held at the Centre for Sports Excellence in Bengaluru, India, is scheduled to host one men’s and one women’s event in 2025, with more to come next year and beyond.
The UTR PTT has grown significantly across the globe throughout 2025 with more than 17,000 matches completed year to date. Over 450 events will be held in more than 30 countries this year, including 100 events on U.S. college campuses, as players everywhere are drawn to the exclusive hallmarks of the UTR PTT: guaranteed matchplay and prize money.
