The UTR Pro Fall Slam will take place at top universities from August to December. The 14-week series will expand affordable access to pro tennis for college coaches and players, and help players improve by competing in guaranteed matches while also earning considerable prize money.

Building on the overwhelming success of the UTR Pro Tennis Tour, the UTR Pro Fall Slam will feature nearly 40 events at more than a dozen universities. The series will culminate in a dual gender national championship event hosted at the University of Miami.  The full list of university hosts can be found below.

The UTR Pro Tennis Tour provides additive and complementary opportunities to help emerging players and the broader tennis community, working with top collegiate programs across the U.S., global host venues, and national federations. In the past 18 months alone, the UTR PTT has more than doubled its pro tennis investment.

“College tennis is our foundation, and we are proud of it. The UTR Pro Tennis Tour serves serious collegiate competitors and supports college tennis programs with millions of dollars of investment that continues to grow each year. In total, we host over 100 events on college campuses annually,” said Mark Leschly, Chairman and CEO of UTR Sports.

Each UTR Pro Fall Slam event will welcome 20 players, and players and coaches across the country are already eager for the series to start on August 17. “We are extremely excited to partner with UTR Sports this fall,” said Alex Santos, University of Miami men’s tennis coach. “We can't wait to welcome players to compete on campus in high-level, professional tennis.”

In addition to current college players, top-notch pros from around the world regularly compete on the UTR PTT. At Roland Garros in Paris, the season’s second Grand Slam championship, 64 former and current PTT players are or have competed, up from 40 in 2025. That list features top Americans, including 17th seed Iva Jovic, and, in the men’s draw, fifth seed Ben Shelton and 18th seed Learner Tien, who recently won his second ATP title.

“The UTR Pro Fall Slam coming to San Diego will be an amazing opportunity for my teammates and I to play some competitive matches in the fall,” said Hannah Read (UTR Rating 10.39) of the University of San Diego. “It’s a fantastic way to get in extra matches, and UTR PTT events are always so well-organized. As a college player, it’s a great opportunity to also gain additional prize money, which can help fund tournaments in the summer.”
