World TeamTennis + UTR: The Perfect Match

Today, we’re so excited to announce our new partnership with World TeamTennis! Co-founded by the legendary Billie Jean King, WTT showcases the best in professional tennis with its innovative team format and dual gender match play. WTT features many of the world’s best players, like Venus Williams and Jack Sock, competing annually for the King Trophy. UTR Powered by Oracle is now the official rating system for WTT and will be used by teams and owners on Tuesday’s 2018 Draft Day. We’ll also be developing a “WTT Index” which will look at player and team UTRs to evaluate matchups and highlight events to watch. You can find these on social media and on TV throughout coverage of the WTT season. We are long-time fans of WTT and are excited to support another like-minded partner to promote competitive tennis based purely on skill level, regardless of age, gender, geography or economics.
