Universal Tennis is pleased to announce a partnership with the IBP Tennis Series, an official circuit of the Royal Spanish Tennis Federation.

As a result of the conversations held between the Chairman and CEO of Universal Tennis/UTR, Mark Leschly, and the President of the "IBP Tennis Series", Francisco M. Blanco, we have managed to close an agreement for UTR to enter the IBP Tennis Series Circuit 2020 and 2021.
What does UTR contribute to Tournaments and Players of the “IBP Tennis Series”?
Being within the UTR platform, the IBP Tennis Series gains global visibility, worldwide, for our clubs, tournaments, and players.
By visiting www.MyUTR.com, Player profiles and experiences from different Clubs and Tournaments are shown. These may present the benefits that both a sporting and economic level represent for the Clubs / Tournaments / Players.
Clubs can offer their sponsors global visibility, not just limited to their environment, making it easier for them to get new sponsors and additional support. Likewise, clubs can also benefit from virtual events, webinars, and everything that helps efficient management, and growth with practical experiences on a global level.
For their part, IBP Tennis Series Tournaments can share the information about their tournaments, their link to the club's website, and their town hall's website. In this way, it is possible to contribute to promoting tourism and the environment of each locality, in addition to promoting commerce and local services, everything necessary in the current circumstances.
For IBP Tennis Series Tournament Players, the possibility of registering with their data on a world platform, being part of the global UTR rating, recognized as the basis for recruiting and scholarships in USA Universities. In addition, the UTR Platform gives them visibility, values their sports participation, and allows them to access information about other players, tournaments, etc.
This UTR world rating does not prevent the inscription in other national rankings, ITF or ATP, being therefore a complementary ranking to the previous ones.

Both with this agreement and with previous ones, IBP Tennis adds value to the clubs, tournaments, and players in our country, providing the visibility they deserve and publicizing the work of community-based tennis that is done in our Spanish Clubs.
In order to achieve the successes of our professional tennis players, in addition to the effort that is made in our higher levels, support for base tennis is also very important, which is why we are convinced that this agreement with UTR will provide an important boost to our clubs / Tournaments / Players.
What is UTR?
UTR (Universal Tennis Rating) is a global rating and technology platform that provides a rating, information, experiences, and added value to the different activities that revolve around the world of tennis.
Through the UTR Platform, and always in an objective way, experiences, information, and data about Clubs, Tournaments, and Players, as well as the management of Sports Entities are provided.
With the UTR rating, all players, regardless of level, age, gender or geography are measured across the same scale. All men and women are rated on the same 16-point scale, which means Rafa, Muguruza, college, high school, junior and beginner players are all rated on the exact same scale.
In short, it is an objective, global and fair record of all activities and experiences related to the world of tennis.
