All you have to do to enter is follow @UniversalTennis and @Fabletics on Instagram, and like and comment on the sweepstakes entry post created by Universal Tennis on May 23. No purchase is necessary and one winner will be randomly selected after the sweepstakes ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on May 25.

Fabletics Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE.
2. Sweepstakes Period. The“Sweepstakes Period” begins once a call for entry is posted on Universal Tennis’ (the “Sponsor”) Sponsor’s Instagram account and will end at 11:59 59 PT on Wednesday, May 25.
3. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the contiguous forty-eight (48) states of the United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and the District of Columbia and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, Sweepstakes agencies, suppliers and members of their immediate families, are not eligible. Void in Rhode Island and Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, “immediate family” is defined as spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of whether they reside in the same household.
4. Entry. To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period, participants must: (1) Follow @Fabletics and @Universaltennis. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning; (2) Comment to a call for entry question asked by Sponsor on Instagram; (3) Like the photo. One (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Winners”) will be randomly selected from the pool of Entries. Entrants must have a valid and public Instagram account to be eligible to enter. No more than one (1) person can enter using the same Instagram account. There is no limit on the number of Entries an Entrant may submit. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. The Sweepstakes is not sponsored by Instagram, Inc.
5. Entry Errors. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible if online service or equipment is interrupted including without limitation: (1) interruptions to any network, server, Internet, Web site, telephone, satellite, computer or other connections, (2) failures of any telephone, satellite, hardware, software or other equipment, (3) garbled, misdirected or jumbled transmissions, or traffic congestion, (4) other errors of any kind, whether human, technical, mechanical or electronic, (5) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information or the failure to capture any such information, or (6) printing or typographical errors.
6. Selection of Winner. Sponsor will select One (1) Winner at random from the combined pool of Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (the “Entries”). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes Period. The Winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within fifteen (15) business days after the Sweepstakes Period ends. Entrants are responsible for checking their Instagram messages ensuring that their Instagram information is up-to-date and accurate. Prize notices returned as undeliverable will result in the disqualification of the potential prize Winner and an alternate Winner will be selected. Sponsor’s decisions as to the random drawing are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winner will have twenty-four (24) hours to respond and claim their Prize via direct message from @universaltennis. If the Winner is discovered to be invalid for any reason prior to delivery of the Prize, or if the Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the twenty-four (24) hour time period, an alternate Winner may be selected, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If there is no Winner by the 30th day after end of Sweepstakes, no further Winners will be chosen. In the event of a dispute, the person to who the Instagram account used to enter the Sweepstakes was registered will be deemed the winning Entrant. Potential Winner may be required to show proof of identification and provide social security number upon request in conjunction with Prize award/acceptance. Winner is under no obligation to join the Fabletics VIP Membership Program to redeem the prize and may elect to checkout as a “pay as you go” customer. 7. Prizes. The following “Prize” awarded in this Sweepstakes is dependent on number of Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period: (1) One Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) $500 Fabletics credit within one month of the Sweepstakes. No other Prizes will be awarded. Limit one (1) Prize per Winner. All results and decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all respects. The Prize cannot be combined with any other offer. Prizes are non-transferable or redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. Each Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied outside of manufacturer’s limited warranty. No transfer, assignment or substitution of a Prize permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prize for an item of equal or greater value in the event an advertised Prize is unavailable. Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the Winner’s responsibility. Winner is under no obligation to join the Fabletics VIP Membership Program to redeem gift card value and may elect to checkout as a “pay as you go” customer. 8. Acceptance of Official Rule. As a condition of entry, participants fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules, to the Terms and Conditions of Prize Drawings and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.
