Drum Roll... We Are Partnering With Oracle!

Today is another big day for Universal Tennis! We are excited to officially welcome tennis players of all levels to the UTR community and announce our new strategic partnership with Oracle. You’ll see we’ve made some changes and improvements to our platform. Starting today, all players can sign up to get their two-decimal UTR and create a profile page that features their photo, rating, location and other useful tennis info. Members will also be able to search through the Universal Tennis database to see how they compare to players in their local community and around the world. This is a big step towards our goal to creating a vibrant, global community for tennis players to easily find fun, competitive play. We are also so excited that Oracle has come on board as a key strategic partner to fuel the growth of UTR. Together, we will be working on strategic marketing initiatives and developing more global “Powered by UTR” events. Oracle will use UTR to determine player selection and seeding in marquee Oracle collegiate tennis events, including this week’s Oracle Collegiate Tennis Challenge at BNP Paribas Open and Oracle ITA Masters, among many others. Universal Tennis will leverage Oracle’s technology to enhance and grow UTR, which will now be officially called “UTR Powered by Oracle” (you’ll notice this change in our logo). Oracle has been incredibly active in supporting the growth of tennis here in the U.S. and around the world, so we’re honored to have their support as we continue on our mission to unify tennis for everyone.
