Ever dreamed of taking on the likes of Sam Querrey, Steve Johnson, or Tommy Haas on the court? Now’s your chance! We are so excited to present the most exciting men’s tennis tournament of 2018: the California Championships Presented by UTR Powered by Oracle. From December 15 - 22, players of all ages and levels can hit the court at the Jack Kramer Club in Rolling Hills Estates, CA to see if they have what it takes to play with today’s ATP stars and be crowned the “Champion of California”.
The California Championships is a groundbreaking tennis event... This event offers juniors, adults and college players an amazing chance to develop and improve their UTR against players of all levels, including today’s top pros.
- Tracy Austin
Players will be seeded and placed based on their UTR in a unique, staggered entry draw open to the highest 512 players that register. That means you’ll enter into the tournament at your appropriate level, ensuring you’ll start with a competitive match. The staggered draw also allows more players to participate in this awesome tournament and play in the same event as some of today’s best players including Sam Querrey, Steve Johnson, Tommy Haas, Mardy Fish and Taylor Fritz who are already committed to the tournament. It is a great opportunity to experience a variety of player styles and a true, level-based tournament structure. Take it from Honorary Tournament Director and 2x Grand Slam Champion Tracy Austin. “The California Championships is a groundbreaking tennis event and I am honored to help bring it to life. This event offers juniors, adults and college players an amazing chance to develop and improve their UTR against players of all levels, including today’s top pros.”To sign up for the event and get a shot to win a piece of the $30K total purse prize, visit www.MyUTR.com/CaliforniaChampionships.
