Founded in 2012 by Amy Pazahanick, the Agape organization manages facilities to offer tennis and pickleball programming with a staff of more than 125 coaches. Agape includes 11 facilities in Fountain Valley and Oxnard, Calif., as well as the metro Atlanta area. DeKalb Tennis Center in Georgia serves as Agape Tennis and Pickleball Academy’s headquarters.

UTR Sports provides the technology and software for hosting pickleball tournaments and leagues, as well as the most accurate rating in pickleball, the UTR-P Rating. Agape will adopt the UTR-P Rating as well as benefit from using the UTR Sports platform.
An innovative leader in sports technology, UTR Sports has also partnered with the APP (the Association of Pickleball Players) and USAP Pickleball (the governing body of pickleball in the U.S.) to support the continued explosive growth of pickleball.
Equipped with over a decade of expertise as the creator of the gold-standard UTR Rating for tennis, the UTR-P Rating is designed to rate every level of player, including both provisional and numerical ratings for singles and doubles players. Players without match results logged will receive a provisional rating (P1-P5) based on a questionnaire. After a few matches, the rating automatically converts to a reliable decimal rating on a scale of 1 - 10.0 (from beginner to expert/pro).
