Boston tennis clubs are collaborating with UTR to provide level-based match play each weekend at four different clubs in the area.
Beginning February 26, as part of this new UTR City Circuit: BOSTON, match play based on UTR levels (1-4, 4-6, 6-8 and 8+) will be organized at the Weymouth Club, MAC Academies, Longfellow Health Clubs and Sportsmen’s Tennis and Enrichment Center. New England Tennis Center and The Marcus Lewis Tennis Center will have players competing and host events in the next session. This new Circuit offers players a chance to play locally and have matches count toward a player’s Verified UTR. “Play locally. Count Globally.”
A pilot program between Boston Clubs and UTR, the Boston City Circuit is helping to grow the game of tennis by creating accessible and affordable level-based matches in a metropolitan area.
